At University of Real Skills, we specialise in developing young basketball players both on and off the court. Our mission is to provide high-quality coaching that builds not only skills but also confidence, discipline, and a deep love for the game.

With years of experience in youth basketball development, we’ve built a program focused on fundamentals, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether your child is new to basketball or working toward elite competition, we offer a supportive environment where players are challenged, encouraged, and inspired to reach their full potential.

Who is Bryt0n Hobbs?

Bryton Hobbs is an American professional basketball player born on November 14, 1991, in St. Louis, Missouri. A dynamic guard known for his scoring ability, basketball IQ, and strong playmaking skills.

Hobbs played college basketball at Northeastern State University, where he earned All-American honors in his first season. He was named a 2013 Division II Bulletin All-American Honorable Mention and was selected to the 2013 National Association of Basketball Coaches’ (NABC) All-Central District First Team, as well as the 2013 Daktronics Central Region Second Team. He was also a member of the 2013 All-MIAA First Team.

After graduating in 2014, Hobbs embarked on an international basketball career, playing in various countries including Albania, Australia, Burundi, Hungary, Lithuania, and the USA

In Australia, Hobbs has been a significant presence in the NBL1 league. He played for the Perth Redbacks in 2023, averaging 23.2 points per game, and for the Diamond Valley Eagles in 2024, averaging 19.7 points per game.

​In January 2025, Hobbs signed with the Dandenong Rangers for the NBL1 South season where he is averaging 26 points, 4 rebounds &  4 assists per game.
